If you go to "older posts" on their wall you'll see my thread. Tell me I'm not being crazy? Because maybe I am. But to me it seems like I have a very reasonable complaint and all these United toadies are coming out of the woodwork to call me a moron.

I went through UA's website. Apparently the only thing worse than UA's customer service is Facebook's search function.

yeah it was ridiculous - there was 100 united airlines type pages that came up when searching and none of the "above the fold" ones were geen's link.
