Yeah I just think that's a stretch. But that's like my opinion man. I don't think the Christianity had anything to do with the molestation. Did it have to do with the response to the molestation? Probably so.

But again, it's conjecture at this point.

I'll make the connection. I think there's something connecting the absolutist, fundamentalist Christianity of the Duggars with molestation within their family. That's one of the two reasons why I'm not inclined to simply write off that dude as a child molester--he himself was a child, a teenager growing up in that awful family.
