So, the Tyler Childers show was really good.
BUT WHY DO PEOPLE GO TO CONCERTS TO JABBER ABOUT ANYGHINT BUT THE CONCERT PLEASE SHUT THE [expletive] UP OR SING ALONG OR JUST AT LEAST TALK ABOUT HIS BASS PLAYERS WEIRDLY BOBBING HEAD.
Also, I might have a couple of free tix to see legendary West Texas (alt) country band The Flatlanders if someone is interested in them. Fri night.

Re: 'Red Dirt Country' - A new adventure
I wasn't paying attention and missed a pre-sale for Simpson/Childers yesterday. I logged on when tickets went on sale at 10am, and for some stupid reason, I got a warning saying that I couldn't purchase tickets on my browser/device. I use Firefox and was using my work laptop, which I've never had trouble with before. by the time I logged in on my phone, the Saturday show in Mpls was sold out, but I was able to get Sunday tickets. I'd vastly prefer Saturday, so I'm a little miffed, even if I'm happy to get tickets for this show.

Re: 'Red Dirt Country' - A new adventure
Well, the album we promised to have done by January 2019 has been completed in January 2020. Some of us (the guitar lplayer) run on a different sort of clock.
I know it is on Spotify and it is supposed to be on other places too. What I found the other day on Google Music was our rough draft and sounded like crap.
I'm pretty happy with the Spotify stuff.
Anyway, search The Barstool Prophets. Not the Canadian classic rock band. The album name is Songs For Leaving.
