Re: Coronavirus
Yeah, I still don't get picking this vaccine as the hill to die on w/r/t for-profit medicine. That's literally the entire American healthcare system.

Any other ones you know that they are attempting to tie your employment to?

Re: Coronavirus
I do everything in my power not to participate in ANY of their destruction of Americans (and the worlds) health.

The point is that you keep railing on the "big pharma industry pushing their medicine for profits". I don't understand how/why you expect this to be any different.

There are plenty of professions that mandate different vaccines and stuff. But that's not the point.cardinalkarp wrote: ↑September 7 21, 9:34 amAny other ones you know that they are attempting to tie your employment to?

Re: Coronavirus
I would be the first person to cheer if/when we get a more socialized healthcare system. But we have what we have. And that system has done plenty of wonderful things. Better cancer treatments, people can live full lives with AIDS, other viruses have been virtually eradicated... the list goes on and on. Why are you not out there railing against all of these treatments too??? The American HC system profited from all of these. Pharma, the hospitals, the doctors, everyone. Your sudden concern about profit in this particular instance just wreaks of convenience.cardinalkarp wrote: ↑September 7 21, 9:54 amOther than healthcare workers and our military….provide some examples.GeddyWrox wrote: ↑September 7 21, 9:38 amThere are plenty of professions that mandate different vaccines and stuff. Re: Coronavirus
I’m sorry that I didn’t make it more widely known that I’m disgusted by our healthcare system prior to the pandemic.
Prior to the pandemic I could avoid the system and it’s disfunction, now it’s try to be forced upon me in some gestapo type fashion.

Re: Coronavirus
But aren't you glad that even through the pandemic, the American health care industrial complex has made sure we can all get it up and keep it up? What more could you ask for?cardinalkarp wrote: ↑September 7 21, 10:24 amI’m sorry that I didn’t make it more widely known that I’m disgusted by our healthcare system prior to the pandemic.

That is a different argument than "big pharma is evil because they profit from this"cardinalkarp wrote: ↑September 7 21, 10:24 amI’m sorry that I didn’t make it more widely known that I’m disgusted by our healthcare system prior to the pandemic.
