The South Florida Sun-Sentinel is hearing that the Rams are the "front-runners" to sign free agent Darrren Sproles.
St. Louis' interest in Sproles hasn't been a secret; they scheduled him for a free agent visit last offseason before the Chargers slapped Sproles with a tender at the last minute. The interest level has remained high, even with Josh McDaniels in the building. With Reggie Bush apparently on his way to the Dolphins, the Rams may not waste time making Sproles a formal contract offer. They were also known to be interested in Bush. Jul. 28 - 8:09 am et

Rumor has it the Rams are close to or have an agreement with Harvey Dahl(Guard) and Jason Snelling(RB).

As long as Dahl stays cognito I like these moves.

Rams have signed CB Al Harris and WR Mike Sims-Walker to 1 year contracts. PFT reports that they are releasing Bell.

I don't know if Clayton is going to be back or not.

I guess we're just ignoring our running back situation again. Bush, Sproles, or McGahee would have all been nice complements to 39.

How much does mcdaniels rely on ground game to work his offense? I am disappointed we didn't get sproles, but I like some of the other moves and if Josh uses pass to set up run, maybe a lesser rb to back up sj is sufficient.

Robert Quinn signs his contract. There was some worry his switching of agents could've held up the deal longer than it did.
