I was supposed to meet up with somebody to watch the Blues game on Saturday. Something came up and she bailed on me Saturday morning. I'm kind of glad that she did have to bail because that actually saved me from watching that disaster on Saturday night!

I actually planned on still watching it, I just decided to go to my normal bar instead of somewhere else more convenient for her. I walked into the bar right about 6:30 and less than a minute later I had agreed to leave there in ten minutes to go to a trivia night with a few of the other regulars. I was going to watch the game on my phone during the trivia but they saved me by making everybody put their phones in baskets in the middle of the table to avoid cheating.

In the end we finished fourth out of 13 tables but I'm still considering it an overall win. Every other table had 8-10 people. We had five. It was also acknowledged that not only did we drink more beer than any other table in the place, they had 90 jello shots prepared for the event and we bought 29 of them (five rounds of five and then the last three they had left). We had planned on doing a jello shot every round but there weren't enough after they let other jerks buy some too.

I guess that's what happens when your team is recruited from a bar starting less than 24 hours before the event. It was a blast.

I don’t see us firing yeo/bringing him in again...but I hope they do!

Yeo has got to be close to being canned. Blues have too much tied up in this roster to be playing so poorly. And if a guy like Q is suddenly available, you have to take advantage because other teams are looking.
