My new favorite brewery is Toppling Goliath Brewing Co in Decorah, IA. Fantastic beers.

pseudoSue

American Pale Ale – 5.8% ABV, 50 IBUs

This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. pseudoSue’s unique and addictive taste is clean and bright with just enough bite!

Light Speed

American Pale Ale- 5.8% ABV, 70 IBUs

Previously known as Millennium Falcon, this seasonal pale ale was crafted with a perfect mixture of Millennium hops and Falconer’s Flight blend. Inviting orange aroma and hints of lemon flavor in this medium-bodied beauty will make you want to drink yours at light speed!

What did you get? They've been pushing the Romantic Chemistry hard lately.

I recently discovered their Immort Ale just as they were running out of kegs of it. I wish I had known sooner. It's really great.

Had a raison d'etre and a palo. Need to get back when I'm not with my daughter so I feel less rushed.

Those are my two staples when I go. I'll usually have one of those, or both, and then whatever their most recent tap is.

It's really a shame that they aren't more available in St. Louis. Unless you're willing to drive to the Illinois side.
