So hot.
I eagerly await the upcoming Liz's Ole Eazy Peazy how-to segments -how to make coffee without a Keurig, How to boil water on stove, how to light a candle with a matchstick, and the retrotech how to turn on a TV without a remote.(good luck scrolling channels tho)
Mankind must never lose its old ways of doing things.
All these people supposedly hard up for good paying work and yet I can't find anyone to agree to do a 2 hour job for $80 cash. Maybe I'm in the wrong business.

Handyman work? We have been in same boat, willing to pay cash for probably 12 -20 hours work. Carpentry-the stuff they like to do. None of the painting etc that they hate. Tried several people. Think we finally found a guy.

Just some basic yard work, actually. Clearing some brush and leaves and whatnot. Apparently no one rakes and bags anything anymore. It took a while but I finally got someone to do it for just $60 and he did a pretty good job, but if he hadn't come through I would have done it myself rather than pay double.
