Right....but they have not beat them all, let alone by 46 points. And the guys they did beat don't have all that impressive of records either.

So Western Michigan has a better resume?
After all, they DID beat all of the teams that they played.
Would Alabama have been able to beat 4 top-10 teams? We don't know. Would have have won 2 of 4? 3 of 4? We don't know. They didn't play 'em.

Here's my point re:Vegas.
.Vegas is not perfect. But they're the best at predicting games. Saying osu is better (or any derivative of it) is so out of line with reality, I'll take any piece of it right now.

I've never disputed that Alabama would be favored.
I just explained to you that I disputed the comment that everyone was playing for 2nd place. It's just not true. Any of the top 4 teams can compete with Alabama.
Again, I'm sure everyone wanted a piece of it a couple of years ago, too. They were wrong.

My best guess on the psu, wisco, michigan, and ou games if played tomorrow are as follows:
Bama -17 vs psu
Bama -14.5 vs WI
Bama - 10 vs MI
Bama -7.5 vs ou
Bama -15 vs tosu

You can't say osu has a better resume than alabama and be right.

You can't show me that I'm wrong, either.
It's obviously a matter of opinion.
We haven't seen Alabama against a top 5 team, so we don't know what the result would be.

Okay. You can have your opinion. I'll present you with this.
Every single first place vote in every single professional poll, be it the ap, coaches, or college football playoff went to alabama at 1 ahead of Ohio state. How much weight should we lend your voice when there's not an opinion around that shares it?

Oh, of course. Everyone thinks that Alabama is the better team, just like they did 2 years ago.
That doesn't mean that they have the better resume, and it doesn't mean that they wouldn't lose to Ohio State for the 2nd straight time.

Here's Vegas take on it
Osu is 2 to 1 to win it all. Bama is 5 to 7. In real dollars, that means you can bet 100 dollars on osu to win 200. You'd pay 100 to a cashier and if osu won it all you would get 300 dollars back. Your original hundred plus 200 more. That same cashier would take 100 dollars from you and give you something like 170 back if bama won it all.
