Good memory, Joce. We were there for the Feb 2013 blizzard - three feet of snow. Mrs Rad has a history of bad [expletive] happening on trips to Boston - was also there for the lockdown after the bombing.

Rad,

Planning to visit Denver during first week of April is a good idea? My kid have spring break at that time and I am thinking of going to Denver.

dill I'm not from there but I think early April in Colorado is the perfect time for visiting if you want a complete crap shoot. Could be 80. Could be 2 feet of snow.

Dill - jim summed it up pretty well, but it's a complete crapshoot right now too. Snow, ice, freezing rain last week, 72 today, 50s and 60s the rest of the week and then snow on Saturday.

Average April temp is around 60. About 12 days above 70. In the 19 years we've lived here, the latest I've seen 2+ feet of snow is ~March 25 so I guess it could happen but is a long shot. Ski areas will still be open so you could head into the mountains.

Rockies home opener weekend is April 10-12 against the Cubbies if that's when you'll be here.

If you come out, send me a PM if you have time to get together.

I get tired of hearing those east coast people complaining about the weather.

Sunny and 45 here today. I'm not sure what those east coasters are complaining about.
