I've got that video on repeat. Quit watching it but the song gets me pumped up.

Why do people record themselves doing anything? Although if it were me I agree to an extent--if I'd been in that stadium I'd have been watching David Freese with my eyeballs instead of through a view finder. OTOH if I'd had the camera going at home my little girl could have laughed years from now at how dumb Daddy looked screaming "SON OF A B---H!" at the TV when Freese tripled.Felix The Cat wrote:Why were people recording themselves watching a sports game? Reminds me of that Jimmy Kimmel bit where he asked viewers to record fan reactions to turning off the TV during a crucial point of the SB. Either way, love the old lady dancing and screaming "We're numbah one!"
It's pretty easy to both enjoy the moment and record it. Just hit record and point it in the general direction of whatever's happening. It's not like these are intended to be award winning videos. I recorded the final out of both WS wins from my seats, as well as seat cushion night in 2006. I love having those moments captured from exactly where I was at the time, and doing so took nothing away from the experience.Vidor wrote:Although if it were me I agree to an extent--if I'd been in that stadium I'd have been watching David Freese with my eyeballs instead of through a view finder.
What about part of one of the triple or HR calls?Team wrote:Ok so I got this in today:
And I'm taking it to get framed tomorrow. The guy that frames it can die cut words into the matting. I can't decide what to get.
