Look at this beautiful thing.
That's a fried chicken sandwich (done Nashville hot style) from Roost Carolina Kitchen in Chicago. The fried chicken there is divine. It goes in the fryer when you order it, is never under a heat lamp. It's crisp on the outside and hot and juicy on the inside. It's one of the best fried chicken places in town.
That sandwich, though? On that buttermilk biscuit? Yeah, it falls apart instantly.
