I go there all the time just for a hot dog.

There's some guy in Denver that does cream cheese and jalapenos on hot dogs (actually wild game sausage dogs). Never been there (saw it on some Bourdain show) and it sounds weird, but I've done it at home and I swear these are the only condiments you'll ever need.

My buddy is opening a hot dog place here in DeKalb. His wife is 3 months pregnant and he is giving up a good job running the kitchen at the country club. He knows what he's doing in the restaurant biz, but the timing is pretty scary.
