Rave: The Legend Club at Legrands

I like a good hearty sandwich w/ lots of stuff on it so Legrands seems to be right down my alley.

Word. Don't let that foodie talk you out of it.

You'd figure since this wasn't a chain restaurant he'd be all over it!

I'll definitely try it next time in that area. I probably can't get down there by 7pm on a weeknight though. They're open weekends aren't they?

Saturdays for sure. I'm not sure about Sundays.

I love LeGrand's but have to disagree on the Legend, and for that matter most of their sandwiches. Cramming everything on one sandwich should be done at 3am when drunk or stoned not during daylight. Too many different flavors. That's like the sandwich equivalent of KFC's Chicken Bowls.

They are open on Sundays. I took my never full kid there and he got one. He rated it # 2 though on his extensive rating list of sandwichs. It smelled good though.

Tasted good. Too much going on and would have been better as two sandwiches with the ingredients split up (addition by division?) but I ate and enjoyed it.

My newest LeGrand's discovery is asking them to put the garlic cream cheese on other sandwiches. It's probably the opposite of what you'd want to do, luke, but I sure enjoy it.

I guess what I'm saying is that I'd recommend it to everyone but Luke.

I like to use garlic cream cheese for quick home repairs. Caulking, spackling, etc.
