More importantly, what ever happened to doc's wall? I assume it's finished since she started ripping through the bathroom now. Must have watched more HGTV.docellis wrote:Good timing. Have you seen my brick wall?Michael wrote:I'm back and as annoying as ever.

Did we ever find out if she finished putting in the new cabinets and refinishing her kitchen?

I envision doc's place as a construction zone. Many projects have been started, alot of them unfinished.Popeye_Card wrote:More importantly, what ever happened to doc's wall? I'd laugh, but my house is the same way.cardinalkarp wrote:I envision doc's place as a construction zone. You sound exactly like a buddy of mine. He always starts a new project before finishing the one he started.
Is there a reason you start doing something new before finishing the old project?

Re: GRB Down
Makes sense. My OCD would drive me crazy if I did that!! It starts to bug me when stuff it out of place, I know I would go crazy if my house was a construction zone.docellis wrote:I'm usually at the mercy of who I can get to help me.
I was able to find one person to help me move my bathtub this weekend. I was able to find someone else to help me with plumbling but he ran out of time before he could finish the shower part of the plumbing.
I haven't finished the brick wall because I still don't know what color I want to fix it with. It is still half painted a color I don't like.
My kitchen: everything is functioning right now. one side of my kitchen is done and it has my oven, stove, hood, microwave - all done. if I start the other half of the kitchen then if I don't get as far as I need to then I could be without a kitchen sink. Like, if I demo/remove all the cabinets, etc and I can't get help putting my new sink in - that will suck. My new sink is really big and putting it in will be complicated.
