Human breast milk is pretty essential to developing immune systems for babies and has proven to improve brain development. It seems awfully selfish to use human breast milk to feed adults and attract people to your art gallery when there's plenty of women who struggle to produce breast milk and rely on donations from mothers who produce excess.
