My last Facebook update was a few days ago - "Every [expletive] time I do dishes - SPOON BETRAYAL". I was happy I had a random contact or two e-laugh at my reference. thugkitchen is hilarious, even though I'll never actually cook their silly vegan stuff.

So the remix version of Regulators just popped up on my Pandora channel. I was pretty sure I recognized the smooth sounds of Michael McDonald on the hook and had to google it just to be sure. Wikipedia quickly proved my suspicions correct, and also alerted me to the fact that Mr. McDonald hails from St. Louis. There's a whole lot of awesome in that chain of events.
Warren G, Nate Dogg (RIP), and Michael McDonald combine forces to prove once and for all that rhythm is life and life is rhythm.
