The Czechs have some talent. More than I realized.
Erat, Voracek, Hemsky, Elias, Krajicek and Plekanec to name a few. All in the NHL too. Throw in aging Jagr and Nedved and there's a reason they made the qtr finals.
I'm waiting for Patrick Kane to break out for the USA

10 minutes left and Canada and Latvia are tied 1-1. Would this be as big an upset as the Miracle on Ice, minus the politics?

Not so sure about that. Maybe.
To this point in the game, Canada has outshot Latvia 35-11.
I have a feeling Canada will get the W. They were obviously looking past Latvia to a matchup with the US, though. Glad our boys didn't fall into that trap.
