Yeah, we'll qualify, but Bruce needs to get his head in the game and figure out a central midfield solution with Bradley and it would be nice to develop a right back that can actually cover for Yedlin when he's not available. Zusi ain't cutting it. I was also not crazy about starting Tim Ream over Matt Besler against Costa Rica.

Pulisic needs to be in the middle, which I guess means putting him next to Bradley... a diamond midfield, I suppose.
I do like what Nagbe brings to the club in theory but the club has really struggled to link up in the final 3rd.
I liked what something I read said about this club (found it)... "This US group has more talent than any other in US history, and more depth, and more options, and in theory have more ways to get wins. They have more ways to control games. They only infrequently show it."

It was mentioned during today's Dortmund-Tottenham match that of the 22 players on the field, there were 17 nationalities represented. The announcer wondered aloud if (paraphrasing) that was some kind of Champions League diversity record.
I thought it was kinda cool.

Josh Sargent finalized the Bremen deal, reportedly turning down Bayern because playing time is a good thing to get.

Qatar at risk of not hosting 2022 World Cup
Qatar may not host the 2022 World Cup after all. According to a report by management consultants Cornerstone Global that was obtained by the BBC, there is "an increasing political risk" that Qatar may not host the World Cup.
The report, which examined the risks surrounding the project, assesses the impact of the diplomatic crisis the country is currently having with neighboring nations. The report labels the cup as a "high-risk project." The World Cup project will cost about $200 billion when it is all said and done.
According to the report, BBC claims, tournament insiders and regional experts have said that it is "far from certain" that the country will actually host the tournament over concerns of corruption in the bidding process and infrastructure development, well-documented, horrific working conditions and more.

I turned this on while I was trying to get into the Indians game somehow.
My goodness Pulisic is a terror. Does he put together 15 minutes like that often? He had the game in his hands.
Does like a good thing the US got 2. They might need 3.
