Katz reporting MA taking Razorbacks job.

After all this BS, I say go. Get the [expletive] out.
So, who does Mizzou go after now? Marshall from Wichita St.?
Cuonzo Martin should be a favorite.

Katz is reporting it's a done deal now.

How will GRB remember the CMA era?

Wow. Frankly, I'm glad he's gone, at least thinking about it in the long run. Look, the program was in about as bad of shape as it could be when he got here. He got it respectable again, and that's really what I wanted most. I don't think he was great at X's and O's. I wasn't a fan of how he coached in games. It could be entertaining at times, but I found it to be more frustrating than anything. I don't see how he was going to get that much better, and for $2 million a year? No thanks.

I'm thankful for what he did, but I'm not sure he could do more than he was already doing. I also despise when people in sports continually try to get a new contract rather than going with the one they signed.

Thanks, CMA. Good luck.

As of now, neither of my college basketball teams has a coach. Odd feeling.

Both are attractive jobs, so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Which is why I said glad to hear it, earlier.

Seems like JL was wrong, and now Mizzou fans are glad MA is gone. I have seen/read many "glad he's gone" in comment sections in reaction.

MA turned a moribund program into a winner, I'd think he'd be revered by the fan base.

I think "glad he's gone" is probably a reaction to that fact that MA either wants Arkansas or wants to play them from more money from Mizzou.

When you play this game every year, it wears thin quickly.

I try not to take NCAA tourney appearances for granted, but is being one of the last teams in a 68 team tournament really that big of an accomplishment? They were great in 2008-09 but their best player was MA's nephew. Has he shown the ability to recruit the kind of talent that makes what they did that year more likely in the coming years? Being a 10 or 11 seed in the tournament is better than not being in it at all, but is that really an acceptable standard for Missouri basketball? I don't think it is.

Let's not forget where they were before he got to MU.

He has gone and turned otherwise faithful fans against him with this nonsense. Later, dude.
