I don't want to get rid of my hundreds of books, even though I'm unlikely to read most of them again and I really need to make space.

Cuz I'm a place-ist, of course. Who doesn't like to rag on the cultural wasteland that is St Chaz County?docellis wrote:Why on earth would you care about St Peters?lukethedrifter wrote:As long as your not headed for St Peters.docellis wrote:Every direction. You can't buy property in St. Charles County the same way you can buy it in St. Louis County. There is a house, not far from me that you could buy for $8000. 1200 sq ft with a basement and a garage. In a nice area. It is really [expletive] up.

Is there a listing online anywhere for this? Does it need a ton of work? Seems like it would be easy to make a killing buying this to rent out.docellis wrote:You can't buy property in St. Charles County the same way you can buy it in St. Louis County.
