my cheapo lately has been yeungling....[expletive] is cheaper than bud light and only tastes slightly worse.

if im going cheap, i always waffle back and forth between that and natty light but man i can never bring myself to buy a case of natty considering im not in college anymore and have a salary. one of these days i'll take a trip down memory lane though. one day.

Schafly does great with their fall-winter seasonals, from Oktoberfest to Scotch Ale, Winter ESB, Schwarzbier, - I like them all.
Also tried the new small place in Dogtown Heavy Riff Brewing Company -their Velvet Underbrown ( Brown Ale). I liked. Other good beers on tap (not theirs) too.

I love the Schlafly Winter ESB. My cheapo beer is Natty Light. You can find the 30 pack of cans on sale for about $15.

Now Kraftig with a dumb TV commercial to match their awful beer -Reinheitsgebot! - yeah, well [expletive] German purity laws. And it finishes with barbershop quartet for [expletive] sake.

When does this guy's inheritance run out?

IPA fan or not...Bell's did a really great job w/ it's Hopslam this year. Obviously, a very full flavored IPA, but it's done excellently.

Not local but really enjoyed Great Divide's Rye Lager.

Here is a question my idle mind was pondering yesterday - do you drink certain beer with certain activities? Mine is watching baseball, while I drink a variety of beer throughout the course of the year I would say that 75%+ of the Budweisers I drink in a year are consumed watching baseball. I associate Bud with baseball, and just don't drink it much outside of watching games. Post grass cut beer on a hot summer day - PBR. etc...
