++ Really all that matters.

I'm kind of ashamed that I even started thinking about rooting for anything other than wins. Win all the games you can, regardless of what it means bowl wise.

While we're on the subject, shouldn't this be decided by division record instead of conference record and have tie breakers beyond that? There's potentially big disparities in cross division matchups. I thought that's how the Big XII used to do it but I could be wrong.

I agree 100% that USC got Arkansas and MS State while Mizzou gets aTm and Ole Miss.

You should have wanted the loss, when it came, to not come to South Carolina. Y'all are still in control of your destiny but now you have to either win out or hope that South Carolina loses to Florida this weekend. A win last weekend and you guys could have started booking hotel rooms for Atlanta.

I'm not a Missouri fan but it would be interesting to see them make the SECCG in their second year in the league when nobody dreamed they would. It took South Carolina, what, 18 years to appear in that game?
When did the Big XII begin playing a Conf CG? 1995?

Missouri didn't play in the B12CG until, when, 2007? So that's 13 seasons?

I'm glad Missouri is having this kind of success. I expected a 7 or 8 win season. The fact they won 2 of 3 from UGA, FU and USC is outstanding. Crazy how disappointed the USC loss was to me now that I reflect.

1 game up in the East with 3 to play. I got nothing to b&m about....unless they puke on themselves at KY and lose to aTm in CoMo.

I hope Golden and Sam tear Manzier a new one.

Mizzou can be the 2nd SEC team in the BCS even if they lose in the SECCG, especially at 11-1. These are the games that will be most important:

- Auburn v. Georgia - Getting Auburn a 2nd loss before the Iron Bowl would pretty much lock them out of at-large contention
- South Carolina v. Clemson - If USC gets past Florida they could position themselves to slide in front of Mizzou if Mizzou loses the SECCG. The computers are on Mizzou's side though, I don't know if USC has the cache to sway the voters enough.

This assumes Bama being the team on the other end, but the perfect world scenario is something like LSU beats Bama, aTm beats LSU(3rd loss, done) and then Mizzou beats aTm(3rd loss as well). More than anything though, the thing to remember is that Mizzou holds a huge lead in the computer polls over every team except South Carolina, and that lead is still a decent amount(same as the difference between Mizzou and Bama). That lead isn't going to diminish much if Mizzou wins out, so as long as one or two games go Mizzou's way to get everyone besides Bama to a 3rd loss, there's a lot of room for Mizzou as SEC team #2.

D-team officiating today--Mizzou still rolling Kentucky as expected.

The offensive play calling has been bad, and Murphy tried to give Kentucky a couple of touchdowns… and they're still up 28-3.

That fumble was huge. Kentucky had kind of stolen the momentum until that.

DGB showing why he was the number one rated recruit today. Pretty much unguardable.
