A lot of SDSU people are pissed about that, but rewatching it, I think that's an extremely ticky tack call if you make it. Jackson is coming from the side of the guy, and he only bumped him rather than knocking him out. One of those "if you call it then it should be called on 50 snaps a game" sorta deals.

EDIT: I should also note that if the roles were reversed, I would be the first person screaming for a flag during the aftermath of the play.

The Big XII's tv contract is horrible; that's why so many teams were receptive to the idea of leaving. The McNeese St. and SGSU games were PPV only because they couldn't get enough advertising money to justify a free broadcast. One of the PPV games last year netted the school and FSN something like $25000 total, so even though $40 seems outrageous, they're barely making anything. Big 10 Schools get millions/game.
