From what I've heard before, isn't it actually potentially bad to throw a pitcher too few pitches if he's throwing with ease? Could make him tighten up in the next start, or something along those lines.
May as well let him go the distance. He's earned it.

I like switching out Duncan for Wilson here....lets see if Wilson can do something to get himself started in a low pressure situation against a lefty.
