Rule 5 guys are rarely worth it. Especially a 28-year-old reliever. I wish the Cardinals weren’t so willing to concede building the best roster possible.

I liked the gamble fine, but they should have to actually earn it. Pushard was very ordinary in spring.

And if you're asking who is a better prospect, Cade Winquest is definitely a better prospect and they let him go and gave a spot to Pushard, which is another example of poor internal scouting.
