Crean's a terrible in-game coach; he can recruit some ultra-talented players but they don't ever seem to fit a "system". His whole career is pretty much built on Dwayne Wade.
That said I don't know much about Martin so I can't say how much of an improvement he is.
If what you say is true, Cuonzo is a poor man's Crean. Can recruit and coaches D but not a great offensive mind. I had always thought Crean was a good coach who could never live up to the lofty expectations of Indiana.
Mizzou and LSU are going to upgrade at HC regardless of who they hire. This is good for the conference. Cuonzo will make Mizzou competitive, but not threaten for the SEC crown. Everyone is vying for spot #2 behind UK. Does Cuonzo get Mizzou there? I doubt it, but sure as heck got a better shot than Kim Anderson.

I think if Mizzou just gets a shot once every ten years or so, fans will be good with that. If they can be a 5-10 seed perennially nobody will complain.

I went 16/16 for the first time in my life.
Just wasn't a terribly surprising/difficult day yesterday. Even the upsets were easy to call. MTSU was a favorite in Vegas over Minnesota, and Maryland has been in a six week tailspin. If you get a couple 8/9 coinflips, you're there.
