I'm not confident Edmonds will post an .828 OPS this season. That's a good figure for a CF. Nobody can do it forever, including a great player like Jim.

TLR is "taking responsibility" for the team not being "prepared" and says this is the cause of the lack of hitting. Said he would address the problems and when probed further as to how he would fix the offense he basically said it's his business and he wouldn't talk about it in more detail.
I'm sure the team got their butts chewed after the press conference. I only caught a few minutes so please anyone who heard more please post add.
