Jim are you going back to Comcast? What a waste of time this whole thing was. Comcast and the other cable providers should have matched the offer alot sooner than they did.
Heres the article from ESPN, looks like a done deal as soon as the MLB approves it...

I never cancelled. I have Comcast, but decided to go the mlb.tv route. It's $50 less/year, and if I can get it on my TV ok.PHILLYCARD wrote:Jim are you going back to Comcast? Here is the quote from fulldeck on page 11 of this post:omaha_red wrote:said "no way" about what?jim wrote:I just cancelled mlb.tv. You have 10 days to cancel. I'll wait until the last moment next time, but someone on here posted that they talked to Comcast and they said no way. That's when I decided to order.
I took that and ran with it. After reading the posts about the change, I spent 5 minutes convincing myself I would be happier with mlb.tv and the extra $50 in my pocket. Then I said screw it, I'm calling and demanding they refund my money. No demands necessary, there was no issue at all. If something falls through I can always reorder.I called Comcast last week and they said that they will not be carrying MLB EI this season. I asked them several times if that could still change and they said no.
