Tired of Olis bullpen paint by numbers

Soriano has been better than O’Brien for awhile now; switch them when when one is cold and the other is hot

It is only 23 years, so certainly feasible within the same generation. But keep in mind that “cousins” can also span generations (i.e. second and third cousins).
