sprinkle some roids on his beer can chicken.

I assume he's eating beer can chicken because the name of the entree has 'beer can' in it.

Anyone else get a bad feeling about Carp tonight? Short rest aside, the Rangers are seeing him for the 3rd time in this series. Every starting pitcher except Carp so far seems to have pitched worse in their second appearance to these potent lineups.

I don't have a "bad" feeling about Carp, but I don't expect him to be anything like game 5 in Philly.

Having said that, I'd still much rather start him than Jackson or Lohse.

Carp wins at home. Carp gets up for big games. Carp eats cigarettes and [expletive] their butts. Carp will tell your mother she is a [expletive] [expletive] [expletive] if you express doubt in him.

That's from 2006 dude.

Oh, definitely. No way you start Lohse/Jackson/Westbrook in the biggest game of the year if you have Carp. You know he's going to be pumped up for tonight's game and Carp at 70-80% is better than those other guys. I'm just really, really scared of that Rangers lineup still.
