of the comedians, i'd want to see carvey. if carey was doing his "whose line is it anyway with a different name" show that might be ok, but i still think i'd rather see dana.

i can vouch for the awesomeness that is blue man group

planet puma wrote:What show should I go to out there? Dana Carvey, Drew Carey, Tim Allen, Rita Rudner and Daniel Tosh are all there that weekend. Then they have dance shows like Blue Man Group, a couple of Cirque du Soleil shows and Jabbawockeez. Any suggestions or votes?
If you've had a few drinks, I suggest Absinthe. It's a hilariously dirty variety show.

I also really enjoyed Penn & Teller's show but they're an acquired taste. You'll need to take a cab to The Rio to seem them.

Cirque Du Soleil is also hugely popular. Mystere, O, Love and Ka are considered their best shows. I saw Mystere and I enjoyed it, but I have no desire to see another Cirque show.

For all these shows you can find discount tickets on the strip using tix 4 tonight.

If you've never seen Blue Man Group they ate definitely worth the price of admission. I've seen mysterie or however you spell it & that was good too but BMG was better (although I saw the chicago show). I've also seen carrot top, Chris angel, and holly madison shows out there. None of them are bad but I would still go for BMG.

It was more of a burlesque show with a bunch of dancing hot naked women & then she walks out and shows her [expletive] for a few minutes.

hah, that makes sense. she doesn't seem like she would have a talent to provide to a show other than showing her ta-tas

I still haven't been to a Vegas jiggle show like "holly madison's peepshow" or a strip club. I'm pretty lame.

Back in 2008 I saw X Burlesque, I think it was called, at the Flamingo. The women were very hot and fit, but the show wasn't all that sexy. There were really athletic dance numbers that were more impressive than titillating.

The artsy Crazy Horse Paris at the MGM Grand was quite good, I thought.
