Torres pitched Albert perfectly..always looking to jam him inside and no room to free his arms...As much as it sucked, I was happy with Torres on my fantasy team. I didnt know that guy has been in the majors for 15 years..really ?

Yup. I remember when he was a rookie on the Giants in the '93 season- the one where the Braves and Giants went down to the wire in the old NL West. And Torres was a rookie called on to pitch I believe the final game of the season, with the Giants needing to win to force a 1-game playoff. Torres choked, the Giants lost (and ended their season with something like 103 wins and no playoffs), and he bounced around as a journeyman for the rest of the 90's..... and then magically reappeared in the 21st century as a relatively effective reliever for the Pirates.

Taguchi, Schumaker, Miles, and Thompson are wasted roster spots right now. We may not have suitable replacements available, but it is what it is.
The bigger problem is Taguchi and Miles play too much. They've combined to make nine starts in 13 games even though there have been a lot of off days and one rainout. That's ridiculous.
