From an earlier day in his career. I'm not going to lie. He comes off as a kook in the original commercial, but the more videos I watch them ore I like him.
Other than the commercial, he seems like a pretty intelligent guy that won't let status quo get in his way. I am not sure what his colleagues think of that though....

He's like the House of lawyers.

So, the lesson is this: Josh - you're in the wrong field!
I have little doubt as to the accuracy of this statement. On the other hand, I've never spent the night in jail for
"making a gesture simulating masturbation" to a judge. Same guy!
I don't know. Do you all really get the feeling he's resting on his laurels collecting a paycheck?

No. But he will be disbarred someday. The only question is for what.

I think he dances in the fringes of the legal system, telling himself he's making a difference, but really just spouting out "constitutional" putrid. He doesn't seem to be doing anything constructive with his law degree.

That sounds like an awesome concept. Maybe they could get the dude that plays Robert California on the Office to play the lead role.

I don't know, it probably depends on what you define as constructive. I really have no clue what he's done so who knows. Regardless, it doesn't seem like he's eeking by collecting paychecks trying to follow the easiest path as you originally suggested. The fact we're even talking about him suggests he isn't sitting around doing nothing.
