Not that I agree with this guy. As a matter of fact, I think he's a twit. But, there are some interesting points he makes. The largest point that I like yet he barely touches are the great yield percentages you can get right now.

The Fed has reduced their target for overnight interbank lending to zero (actually 0-0.25%). I don't think it's ever been this low before. Is this target actually even achievable? Will there be any effect on the real economy?

I think the difference is the banks aren't using this liquidity to give out 400K dollar loans to people making 40K a year.
