Mattingly's nickname will soon be "Mr. Marlin": "Let's lose two!"Jocephus wrote:http://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/2239 ... mi-marlinsDon Mattingly on Marlins: 'I'm really excited about what's going on'

Cardinals signed OF Victor Roache to a minor league contract.
Roache, a former first round pick, batted just .186/.250/.347 with six homers over 57 games last season between the High-A and Double-A with the Brewers and Dodgers last season. The 26-year-old has always shown interesting power, but he has failed to make any progress with his approach.

Is it really? In today’s climate, is it really “gross” that one wonders if that’s what happened?Momo wrote:Speculating like that is pretty gross honestly.TimChopsula wrote:Yasiel Puig's Agency Cuts Him Over Reported "Behavior" Issue

In other news, Theo apparently floated a similar-to-Yu's contract to Arrietta. Which Jake turned down.. That should put to bed any "the Cards should sign Arrietta" noise...
