Wondering what that could be? Was the detective faking evidence for their trials or something?lukethedrifter wrote:Todd Worrell, okay his hot lawyer daughter anyway, is apparently involved in some sort of scandal and left the Circuit Attorney's office. Along with Dan Dierdorff's daughter, another prosecutor.

she played Big 10 college hoops. she's not petite. I assume we're referring to the same daughter. He's got one one in her early 40s, one in her early thirties and this scofflaw, around 28.go birds wrote:believe that was the case.lukethedrifter wrote:She looks a bit too much like Dad?

White Sox purchased the contract of RHP Maikel Cleto from Triple-A Charlotte.
Cleto was designated for assignment by the Pale House in May, but he passed through waivers and is now getting another shot at the major league level. The 25-year-old right-hander has always been a hard thrower, but he owns an ugly 7.89 career ERA in the bigs.

It's not too surprising that Cleto is having a hard time fitting in with the Pale House.Jocephus wrote:

Re: Former Cardinals Watch
David Peralta, OF for Arizona, is quietly having a nice rookie season, hitting .313/.347/.815 (125 OPS+).
That's funny, I don't remember the Cardinals having an OF prospect named David Peralta.
We signed him in 2004 out of Venezuela as a pitcher. He made 18 total appearances in A ball with a 5.80 ERA, and we released him in 2009. He played 3 years in the independent leagues as an outfielder before getting signed by the DBacks and hitting his way up to the pros (aided by lots of Diamondback injuries).
