Curious how this ump’s game looks when this is done. Good thing they got way ahead.

I would let him finish the game if he keeps rolling.st.lewis11 wrote: ↑June 9 26, 7:14 pmAfter only 6 pitches, why not.....now got the first 2 in the 8th on 4 pitches

He has had some misses but also seems to have gotten a wider zone since the score got lopsided.ghostrunner wrote: ↑June 9 26, 7:14 pmCurious how this ump’s game looks when this is done. Good thing they got way ahead.

You would be shocked how much HBP correlate at all levels. A hitter who gets HBP a lot in high school tends to get hit a lot in college and on and on through the major league level.Felix The Cat wrote: ↑June 9 26, 5:15 pmDoesn't he already lead the majors in HBP? Is he crowding the plate or do opposing pitchers really like pitching him inside?CardsofSTL wrote: ↑June 9 26, 5:13 pmIvan takes a pitch off the hand and is the first base runner of the game.
Maybe interesting only to me, but it's pretty reliable.
