I joined GRB before I made the decision to be gay, so my trajectory here has been FABULOUS.

In all seriousness, it's hilarious to think I've been a member here for more than half of my life. I'm not a rabid poster like some others, and I don't visit as often as I used to, but I echo those who say this is my community meeting place whenever I want to talk about the team. So many great members have contributed over the years! Pretty special to bring everyone together like this through so many phases of life.
That’s awesome. Glad you’re a part of our community. One of the really cool experiences here is seeing a name that hasn’t posted in a long time come back to check in or comment on something interesting that happened, like seeing an old friend from elementary school out at the grocery store.

Also, I’d be disappointed in us if nobody pointed out that you said “great members.” Heh.

:P My gay superpowers are in full effect—I make jokes even when I'm not trying.

I started out as doe_boy back in '06.

Came over from Cards Talk.

Left some years ago as I was going through some things.

Came back because, dang it, I missed the place.

Sunny Jim Bottomley was my Grandma's favorite Cardinal back in the 20s.

She would be proud of the Bottomley Bracket in the Playlist Tournament.
