I always thought former NFL head coach Dirk Koetter should swap out one of those letters in his first name in order to have the ultimate NFL coach name.

We do this where I mod. You don't need approval to create an account or post but the first 5 or so usually get flagged as a "baby account," and go into a filter for mod review before they will show up. I don't know if that can be done here, but it gets rid of all basically all spam/trolling.
