I can say one thing. If they're ignoring you, it's best to not fret it and move on with your life. Unless you're in a serious relationship....water under the bridge. If you really want her to like you, tough [expletive]. The only tool you have at this point is silence and I'd recommend using it.

You remember that old L7 song "Pretend that We're Dead?" It's a good song. And good advice. Pretend that she's dead and move on. Either it drives her crazy and she gets back in touch with you, or you get nice contented peace of mind from moving on. Either way you win.
