The CC% chart? I'm thinking 15% wrong on balls and strikes is pretty damned bad. I don't think that's propaganda, I think that's appalling that the umps on that chart still have jobs.

Joe West actually calls a pretty good game, but as far as ego's go there is no bigger.

yeah, if i'm reading it correctly, he's the worst. % get higher (in return better) as you go down the list...

Calling balls & strikes is tougher than you'd think. What irks me are blown safe/out calls on the basepaths.
Like that ump with 2 overturned calls at first base in our game with the Cubs.
