And Vins: it's always been my opinion that Martz is a brilliant offensive mind, and I wish he had stayed in capacity as an OC. But, as you said, he just wasn't a head coach, for many reasons and I'm not sorry that he's gone.

Yea I mean when you go from a top tier D (99) to a bottom tier in a year seems like ya might have a few problems managing the whole system.
