I didn't realize Max Scherzer was originally drafted by the Cardinals out of h.s. in 2003.

They also drafted Ian Kennedy and Brett Sinkbeil that year. It could have been an awsome draft.

MU is hosting a regional. The other three teams that they have to get past are Miami, Louiville and Kent State.

I like it. Hosting the regional, and one of the lowest Top 8 seeds in the opposing regional(which is also close to home). Go get 'em Fighting Jamiesons, but please don't put yourself in a spot where you have to keep winning elimination games in order to advance.
