It's a simple answer. We can! If women could they would too. I mean why pull off the highway and lose 10-20 minutes driving if you can pull over for 2? It's nothing strange or unexplained. And yes I have seen women peeing on the side of the highway, probably not as much as men, but I have.

Lots. But in direct answer to your question, one more than I wanted to.
Seriously though, on the side of 270? You're not exactly miles from civilization. Can't you go to the next exit and hit a gas station?
This is troubling especially in light of the Hancock tragedy. Vehicles should only be on the shoulder of a highway for emergencies. They really do get struck a lot there.
