after reading it, it seems like it's a huge upgrade from 2k9... which I know doesn't say much, but being able to work the count and give up walks is exciting. I just hope the lettering on the jerseys doesn't look as [expletive] as it did in 2k9 and that they use the actual font for the names that MLB uses rather than some weird short stubby letters used in 2k9.

I've been boycotting baseball games for a few years because they always end up disappointing. I'll wait until I get solid info that the game isn't [expletive] before I ever buy another one.

From what I can tell, 2K9 was crap because they wanted a new developer to come in and do a complete revamp in less than 9 months. The 2K games Visual Concepts made for the Dreamcast were outstanding, so I have high hopes for 2K10, but I'm also not going to buy it until I've read reviews and played the demo.

what team and position you play?

in 2009 I started out with the Blues as an offensive D-man and signed a 3 year deal the next off season with Montreal (figured I'd change it up after playing an entire season with the Blues)

I brought my Dreamcast back with me from last time I was home and MLB 2k2 is a lot of fun and still better than 2k9

I still have mine stored away somewhere but it's too iffy on working properly. Soul Caliber on the Dcast was one of the best games ever.

I hope somebody comes out with a port of Ecco the Dolphin Defender of the Future for XBLA. It's still one of the prettiest games I've ever seen, and it's 10 years old.
