I have no idea. But they want seat belt laws repealed. Are there seriously people who want that?

And apparently smoking is healthier than fascism. I don't understand how to make that comparison work.

There are a lot of Ron Paulies in Texas. Some of them believe in a more limited government that focuses its resources on domestic issues, and wants less taxes and bureaucracy. Others believe that the seatbelt laws and fluoridation of drinking water is part of a government conspiracy to enslave the populace. This vehicle, I dare say, belongs to the latter camp.
