It definately is cool! I didn't mean to sound harsh. I like the idea and the software.
I guess I am so used to using a DVR and being able to skip commercials that having to watch them is a little annoying.
I am sure that if I could watch just about any content that I currently receive on DirecTV, at any time, without having to schedule the event, it would be valuable.
I plan to use it while I travel next week and show it to my business associates.

I posted a request.

I'm really looking forward to trying this out. I have heard a lot of great things about it on various tech-related podcasts.

Also, it'll be interesting to see what Kevin and Alex have to say on their Diggnation podcast about the recent user revolt and the subsequent publicity and growth created by it.
