We have asked other posters, including females, to become mods. Not everyone is interested in the job. The persons gender doesn't matter anyway.
They're also assuming that all the other mod's are male.

Personally, I have my suspicions about Jim.

:lol: I created this in jest. I was very bored yesterday afternoon and started this just like that.

I can understand why others dont want to make modship. As the community grows, moderating becomes more difficult. I don't know on what are the requirements to be a mod anyway.

I am still bummed that all moderators are Americans

I guarantee our 7:1 ratio of male to female is much lower than male to female members of the board.
