Let go !!

Ok, so i got this 'happy' news this morning that I have been let go..I have worked as a consultant for this place for 8 years (funny coz my last date, which is June 15 would make it exactly 8 years on the dot). Not complaining, quite a good run in consulting years...wondering if I should move to KC or STL..my wife is from the Overland Park area in KC, so there is a big (dis)advantage...Have to finish some work before the last day here (I dont have to but I will anyways), so you wont be seeing me here as often as usual...So KC or STL ?? Go Cards !!

I have a cousin that lives in Overland Park and I hate to say this but it is a very nice area. Plus housing is much cheaper. Good luck to you.

The housing in Overland Park is cheaper than STL??

Oh, and bummer, Swatcat. But you can still spend time on here while you're researching new jobs/places to live.
